We can sync our photos to iCloud account, but if you want to backup them to your MacBook, you can use USB cable or the photo app Syncomatic.
Syncomatic is a practical photo app developed by Ben Surtees, and designed to offer you a wireless way to transmit the photos on your photo library to your Mac. The iPhone app features simple and neat user interface. Just activating the photo app, you will see all the photos in your camera roll, while the intuitive setting allows you to select the Mac that you want to sync to. If you switch Sync on, the photo app will automatically sync your photos with Mac via WiFi. Of course, don’t forget to install its Mac client on your MacBook or iMac.
Syncomatic with a size of 1.7 MB is compatible with iPhone, iPod touch and iPad running iOS 4.1 or later. The photo app is free for a limited time. If you’re interested, jump to App Store for more details.
